Join me this Spring for some restorative, nurturing time out.

Spring is the perfect time for a cleanse, to balance weight, to boost the liver and to prepare the body and mind for rebirth and renewal.

Nurture yourself on a four-day retreat in the stunning Oxfordshire countryside, held by highly experienced wellbeing practitioners.

In this retreat you will be guided on a gentle cleanse to nourish and rebalance your system, allowing you to return to yourself and feel lighter in mind and body.

The Spring retreat will be held by experienced facilitator Rina Golan and her carefully chosen practitioner team:

Gaiea Sanskrit is a sound artist and Sanskrit teacher, she will take us on a fun and profound devotional singing experience.

Farrah is a Singer, a Sound Healer. Her passion is to inspire others to heal themselves and make change. Farrah qualified as a Gong Practitioner at the College of Sound Healing, where she remains a member. She uses the healing power of frequencies, whether through her voice or instruments, to heal and bring balance.

Mira Khanya invites you on a Movement Medicine journey – activating the embodied imagination through a weaving of words, tribal rhythms, nature sounds and medicine songs. A dance meditation of deepening connection.

Verity Owers, Integrative Counsellor MBACP (Accred), Specialising in bereavement support. Verity will be there to support and make sure we are comfortable with any discomfort.

The program will include daily yoga, meditation, delicious clean food sourced from Waterperry Gardens, sound healing, meditations, dancing and nature walks, all designed to support your process of transformation. All activities are optional – so you can choose to take part or rest.

This all-inclusive retreat is carefully structured to support your wellbeing:

We prepare the body, creating a safe container where we surrender and let go of behaviours and toxins that no longer serve us.

We undertake the cleanse, where the old version of ourselves dies, the part that has unconsciously learned unhealthy habits and ways of seeing ourselves.

We release karmic patterns or what we call in the West genetic patterns. We let go of the past and envision a new future for ourselves.

Rina set the tone of the retreat from the off, recommending a small community mind-set. She talked about the benefits of kindness, to ourselves and each other, which cemented the theme of the retreat.

I quickly went from cynical to open-minded and I’ll attribute that entirely to Rina. I don’t know if she realises how good she is! Intelligent, well-studied and well-travelled, Rina brought such a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the retreat. Her communication skills are first-class and she read the group and the individuals in it perfectly. Her views are based on years of study and experience and her set-up is one of real substance and integrity.

The information we were given as part of regular group discussions was brilliant, the Yoga and Meditation sessions were nothing short of enlightening (yes, I actually just wrote that!).

The sense of community Rina developed…it was such a beautiful space of kindness, completely lacking in ego or judgement, and you could see everyone starting to flourish and thrive among a bunch of people they only just met. This part, for me, was profound.

Immediately after the Autumn Cleanse I genuinely could not recall the last time I felt so energised and vital. A week later I’m calmer, happier and the approach to food and nutrition we experienced on the retreat has stayed with me. It’s had a huge impact on my Mum too, and her diet is quite transformed as she continues her journey to health whilst living with cancer.

In a nutshell (organic nuts, obviously 😉 I’d no idea it would end up being such a fundamental experience.

Thank you Rina!

“Forget the free and connecting yoga, forget the delicious, highly nutritional shakes and meals, forget the beautiful, birdsong-filled, natural surroundings….what you have in this retreat is spiritual advice offered with insight and love, freedom of heart and mind and a solid platform to build again. Perfect.”
Nina Edmond, Bristol

Rina is a facilitator of consciousness. A wellness retreat with her helped me to reconnect with what actually matters in my life. After only a few days I’m feeling more established in myself, clear about the next steps to take, and inspired by all of it. A true gift. Thank you!”
Emily Glaser, Santa Fe

“As a long time practitioner of yoga, I take great joy in discovering teachers like Rina who recognize the sacredness of this practice. Her passion for transformation, wealth of knowledge and a depth of presence serve as a beautiful foundation upon which humor, levity and love prevail. Deep bow.”
Ryan Seaman, Producer & Writer, Los Angeles

“The retreat was simply a beautiful experience. I arrived stressed, heavy and unable to think straight. I left light, peaceful and clear. The style of yoga, healthy living and spiritual understanding I got from Rina was inspirational and matched by the love, energy and connection we felt as a group. I’ll take away great lessons and memories from these few days and look forward to the next one. “
Michael Brett, London

“The Easter weekend retreat was one of the best choices I’ve ever made.  It was my first ever yoga retreat, and I already know that it’s set the bar incredibly high.  Set against the backdrop of a stunning old farm that has been transformed into an eco retreat/holiday destination with the most amazing grounds – the weekend was a perfect balance of yoga, reflection, spiritual connection and delicious food.  Rina’s invitation was always there for us to take what we needed from the experience and for the rest to relax and rejuvenate.  This in turn brought out the best in all of us taking part, and I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such a big-hearted and open group as I did. I came back from the retreat feeling totally refreshed and knowing that I’d shared a unique journey.  Namaste, Rina.”
Alex Arlango, London
