You can make turmeric latte, what the yogis call golden milk with turmeric powder or the turmeric root (rhizome).

Turmeric Latte

1/2 tsp turmeric powder or 1 inch of finely grated turmeric root

1 cup milk almond/hazel milk (you can make it yourself easily https://www.rinagolan.co/almond-milk/)

1/2 cup of water

Pinch of grounded of black pepper

Honey or 3 drops of stevia (optional)

Cinnamon stick

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Heat milk over low heat and add the turmeric powder. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

This will reduce milk to one cup. Turn off the heat and add the crushed black pepper.

You can add honey or stevia.
