One-Day Yoga Retreat:
The Purusharthas – Leadership, Wellbeing and Ancient Wisdom

You are invited to join me on a one-day yoga retreat to nourish your body, heart and mind.
A powerful way to celebrate the longest day of the year as you mean to go on, and invite whole-hearted wellbeing into your life.

The day includes walk up Glastonbury Tor, two yoga sessions, meditation, reflection and healthful fresh food.
Lunch, healthy snacks, Glastonbury spring water and hot drinks provided.
Please arrive at 9:30, if you can, for a 10am start.

We will practice yoga using the Purusharthas principles –
the ancient yogic blueprint for wellbeing:

Dharma – the moral compass
Artha – financial wellbeing
Kama – sexual and emotional wholeness

Moksha – spiritual wellbeing

10:00-11:30 Hatha Flow Yoga with kriyas
11:30-12:00 meditation and reflection
12:00-13:00 lunch break 
13:00-14:00 silent walk and journaling
14:00-15:30 Yin yoga 
15:30-16:30 meditation, reflection and closing circle
