2 medium eggs
110 g tahini paste (you can mix dark and light)
90 g almond flour
50 g coconut sugar
8 drops of stevia
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, though it will regulate your blood sugar)
80 g dark chocolate coarsely chopped or follow this link and make your own raw chocolate
Preheat the oven on 180 degrees C and line a baking sheet.
Mix all ingredients on a bowl
Fold in the chopped chocolate
Scoop 1 tbsp of batter and place on the baking sheet
Bake for 10 mintues, they can burn easily so watch carefully.
