SPRING DETOX RETREATS
Spring is the perfect time for a quick liver detox.
Rest, rejuvenate and regenerate on an idyllic English countryside retreat.
Over the weekend we will consider what wellbeing really is.
We will learn about what is deficient in our western diet and how we can fix this through the food we eat and the lifestyle that we choose.
We will prepare both raw and cooked, delicious, nutrient-rich living food, organic whole foods and vegetable and fruit juices.
You will be given vital, new information on nutrition, minerals, supplements and superfoods and will learn a powerful breathing technique which alkalizes the body and helps to balance your endocrine system.
This package includes extended daily yoga sessions, guided meditations, silent woodland walks, nutritional and lifestyle advice, accomodation and all organic meals and superfood shakes.
Treatments £65 an hour, One-on-One Coaching £65 an hour.
Arriving: Friday 4pm. Leaving: Sunday 3:30pm.
Prices: £295 (shared room), £395 (single occupancy), with a discount of £10 if booked a month or more in advance.

A Typical Day:
08.30- 09:00: Superfoods and green juice
09.00-11.30: Morning breathwork, yoga and meditation class
11.30-13.30: Preparing food and eating raw and cooked vegan lunch together
13.30-14.30: Silent walk, time for a private consultation, a treatment or just to chill out
14.30-15:00: Tea and raw cake/raw chocolate break
15.00-16.00: ‘Healing Living Kitchen’ class
16.00-17.00: More treatments to pamper yourself/free time
17.00-18.30: Evening yoga and meditation class
18.30-20.00: Food preparation and delicious vegan meal
20.30-21.30: Yoga nidra/meditation/movie
