10-DAY YOGA & Ayurveda REJUVENATION RETREAT, INDIA
Rishikesh, India
12TH – 21ST February 2027
Shanthi Ayurveda Centre
Ready for a rest in body mind and soul?
Join us in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga and one of the holiest places in India, for a transformative retreat designed to bring clarity, healing, and renewal. This sacred space, nestled along the Ganga River and surrounded by the Himalayas, is the perfect environment to cleanse, rejuvenate and reconnect with your truest self.
This 10-day rejuvenation retreat includes bespoke cleanse and rejuvenation Ayurvedic treatments, daily yoga and meditation, and self-inquiry practices to support your personal journey. You will meet with an Ayurvedic doctor who will tailor your 9-day gentle Panchakarma rejuvenation programme to your specific needs, offering deeply healing treatments such as body oil massages, steam therapy, Shirodhara, and nasal cleansing. Treatments will be adjusted daily according to your body’s progress, ensuring a profound yet gentle transformation (no treatments on the day of arrival and departure).
In addition to your treatments, you will enjoy daily yoga and meditation by the sacred Ganga, guided self-inquiry, and moments of stillness, allowing you to integrate the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts this retreat will bring. The yoga practice will be gentle to support the Ayurvedic treatments, allowing the body to cleanse and rejuvenate while enhancing the healing process. On the 9th day, we will witness the Himalayan sunrise at Devi Temple and experience the sunset along the river, making space for deep connection and intention setting.

Rina has been teaching yoga and Ayurveda as a way of living and being for over two decades. She spends her winters in India, a place where she continually undergoes deep transformation and guides others through the same process. To shed the past (cleansing) and be reborn into one’s authentic self, this retreat is designed for rejuvenation.
She integrates svadhyaya (self-study) through inquiry, meditation, and embodiment practices—movement and breathwork—to support your transformation. You will be guided through your challenges into your centred self, making decisions from a place of clarity and stepping into your purpose, your dharma.
She will teach you the art of Sattvavajaya- ayurveda psychology, the practice of discerning between what is contaminated and what is divine within us all—Sattva—helping you connect with your highest self.

‘The yoga classes, meditation, cultivation of the self and connection to the higher self helped me to learn more about myself and move forward in life. The ayurvedic therapies released traumas, helped me to relax and rejuvenate. The food was amazing!’
“Through the first retreat Rina helped me with listening to my body, my needs, my space and how we all respond to others – especially truly listening.
Since that day several years ago I dance more, take space more and slow more.
I cook her recipes at least once a week every week and in generally I am more empowered from knowing Rina and taking control of my health – physically and mentally.
I am truly grateful for clicking the button on her retreat.”
