Treatments list (please book in advance)
Marma Abhyanga
It is a warm oil massage- typically using herbal oils suited to your dosha (body constitution): Vata (Air & Ether): To Relax, Pitta (Fire & Water): To Soothe, Kapha (Water & Earth): To Energise. It nourishes tissues (dhatus), improves circulation, removes toxins (ama), calms the nervous system, and lubricates joints.
Shiro Abhyanga
Means “head oil massage”, a traditional Ayurvedic therapy involving the gentle, rhythmic massage of the head, scalp, neck, and shoulders using warm herbal oils. It’s beneficial for balancing Vata and Pitta doshas, relieving stress, and rejuvenating the nervous system. To nourish and strengthen the scalp, hair, and sense organs. It has many benefits: Calms the mind and nervous system. Promote deep relaxation and mental clarity. Balance prana (vital life force) in the head region. Relieves headaches, eye strain, and neck/shoulder stiffness. Balances Vata dosha and pranic energy. Nourishes sense organs (eyes, ears, nose). Improves immunity and overall vitality
Mukha Abhyanga
It is a facial oil massage using gentle, rhythmic strokes and stimulation of Marma points on the face and neck. it’s a therapeutic ritual that harmonizes mind, body, and emotions, promoting inner radiance as well as outer glow. Nourishes and tones facial tissues. Improves circulation and lymphatic drainage. Releases emotional tension held in facial muscles. Improves blood circulation → radiant complexion. Stimulates collagen and elasticity. Reduces puffiness, dark circles, and fine lines. Clears toxins and lymphatic stagnation. Enhances skin tone and texture.
Pāda Abhyanga
It is one of the most grounding and restorative Ayurvedic therapies. It is the Ayurvedic foot massage with warm herbal oil — a sacred self-care ritual that calms the nervous system, grounds Vata dosha, and nourishes the body through the Marma points located in the feet. Ayurveda describes the feet as the foundation of the body – “Pada eva pratistha shariram” -because they contain nerve endings and energy channels (nadis) connected to vital organs and the brain. Massaging them helps balance energy and promote full-body healing. Stimulates reflex zones linked to vital organs.
