For the past two decades, I have had the pleasure of teaching, coaching and running wellness retreats. My all-inclusive retreats are carefully structured to support your wellbeing. 

Living in today’s modern world is taxing on our body & mind, so many of our mental and physical imbalances are a result of a lifestyle that is not conducive to our wellbeing. 

In this retreat, you will learn practices that will support your everyday life, regulate your nervous system, allow you to return to your centre again and help you find satisfaction again. 

I have created a safe space where the group supports the nurturing process and where, together, we can heal and grow.

You will be guided on a gentle detox to restart your system, with daily yoga and meditation sessions to deepen your relationship with your body and your mind.

My retreats combine structure and space to just be; the right balance between action and relaxation and opportunity for learning and time out for reflection. We gather each season to cleanse and rejuvenate the body, honouring each season’s benefits mentally and physically.
