Hemp, Ragi Flat Bread

This is mega easy to make, high in fatty acids and protein and super delicious.

You’ll need:

1 cup ragi ( *type of millet flour)

2 tbsp hemp protein

pinch salt

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup water

 

In a bowl mix salt, millet flour, oil and hemp. Gradually stir in water. Mix well until it forms a doughy consistency.

Divide the dough into 5-7 balls.

Before you flatten the balls place a baking paper on the surface with a bit of water and use your hand or a rolling pin to lightly flatten each ball and then drench it with flour on both side.

Place it on a hot frying pan (no oil needed), cook it until it’s cooked, and then flip it over.

You can serve is with avocado or a pate’ with some veggies or next to a soup with butter and salt
