Coriander is a fantastic liver tonic. It helps with detoxification, is rich in immune-boosting antioxidants, and lower inflammation.

100 gm fresh coriander

2 fresh green chilli pepper

2 cloves of garlic

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup of water

1/2 cup toasted pine nuts or toasted sunflower seeds

Blend all ingredients in the food processor and keep in the fridge for a week.

Delicious on a cracker, on Kitchari and can be served alongside many dishes.
