Chili Coconut Chips

Coconut is a type of fat that helps the body to break fat.

I always have coconut chips on the go…you can sprinkle it on salads or have it as a snack.

It’s a perfect garnish on the Thai style mung beans.

You’ll need
250 gm coconut chips (raw)
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cayenne chili
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 280 degrees.
  2. Mix the coconut flakes, sea salt, lime juice, chili and let it marinade for 10 minutes.
  3. Bake a total of 8-9 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until golden brown. Watch carefully, it browns quickly.
  4. Enjoy x
