Almond Blueberry Biscuit

200 gm almond flour

Two eggs

Pinch of salt

3/4 cup of coconut sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract Handful blueberries

1/2 baking powder (aluminium free!)

1 tbsp ghee or butter Mix all Heat the oven to 180 degrees

Bake for 20 minutes

Gluten-free, high in protein, low GI, delicious.  Enjoy
