You are invited to join 8 women to be part of an 8-week online course to explore that deeply. The Purushartha, the ancient yogic blueprint for wellbeing, will be our structure (the masculine).  This will allow us to explore freely and safely whatever arises on the spur of the moment (the mystery, the feminine). The results will be tangible, powerful and real.

WHAT IS IT?

Purushartha is the ancient yogic blueprint for wellbeing.  It’s made up of four pillars:
Dharma: when your passion becomes your service to the world – mental wellbeing
Artha: abundance in the material sense – finance and physical wellbeing
Kama: emotional and sexual wellbeing
Moksha: becoming aware and operating from this place.

This is NOT a course on yoga philosophy, it’s a toolbox for healthful living, a supportive community and a framework for your development.

In following our dharma, life purpose, we find financial, sexual/emotional wellbeing, and move into deeper awareness and satisfaction. This course gives you tools to live these four pillars daily, with the support of a group of determined women.

THE AIMS OF THIS COURSE:
• to bring together wise women who are committed to healing themselves for the greater good
• to increase your awareness to your creative, compassionate potential and power
• to bring ancient wisdom to life in ways relevant to your life now
• to help you shape a satisfying, balanced and meaningful life
• to equip you to share this work with others

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Weekly 2-hour Zoom meetings with a committed group of 8 women.
We’ll start each session with a short meditation, lead on to discussing the principles and you’ll leave each week with skills for wellbeing and tasks to practice between sessions.
You’ll be held in respect and honour and be seen for who you really are.
We’ll encourage you to express yourself authentically and courageously as you work through skills to increase your sense of purpose, open the channels to making money and connect you with your whole body wellbeing.

SCHEDULE:
Week 1: Introduction to Dharma – mental wellbeing
Week 2: Deeper into Dharma – committing to mental stability
Week 3: Introduction to Artha – material wellbeing
Week 4: Deeper into Artha – committing to financial health
Week 5: Introduction to Kama – sexual and emotional wellbeing
Week 6: Deeper into Kama – committing to healthy physical and emotional vitality
Week 7: Introduction to Moksha – awareness and disillusion
Week 8: Deeper into Moksha – keeping the candle of awareness alight
Celebration and Initiation – a day in nature to weave the work into our lives. As a group we will decide the date and the location.

THIS COURSE IS FOR WOMEN WHO:
• want to express themselves authentically, courageously and consistently
• want to create financial, emotional, sexual and spiritual balance so you can be in service for those who don’t have this yet
• crave a community of women who share your values and want to be part of the solution
• want to share their gifts with the world
You don’t have to be a yogini to join, though if you are, working with the Purushrtha it will add depth to your practice.

This 8-week exploration is a foundation course for committed women. My intention is to follow up with a mentoring course, so we can spread the teaching and help others to find balance in their lives. The group is a mind hive/heart-storming community to find ways to be in service. It’s also a way to generate income for all of you who have trained.

My name is Rina Golan. I am a yoga acharya, and have been an explorer and for the last two decades – a student of what wellbeing means – exploring many perspectives, from ancient philosophy to scientific approaches.
