For me being with the family is when I eat the most carbs, because sweet flavour is connected in our brain to breast milk, hence being nurtured.
We are all hungry for love, but it’s not going to be in the fridge 
 
All the diets failed, therapy can over-dig in childhood stories, and the supplements just won’t do it. 
It’s a real thing – addiction, and through connection, firstly, with ourselves, we can find compassionate ways to heal it.
