Welcome to Vedic Wellness Retreats UK
Ayurvedic Detox and Longevity Retreats
Guided by senior Vaidyas from India, rooted in the classical wisdom of Ayurveda, adapted with care for modern life.
Authentic detox and longevity practices are rare outside India. We bring it to the UK in collaboration with senior Vaidyas (ayurvedic physicians) from Tamil Nadu’s renowned Vaidyagrama Healing Village. No long-haul flight. No compromise on depth, care or integrity.
Our retreats take place at West Lexham in Norfolk, just two hours from London King’s Cross. This 21-acre eco-retreat is surrounded by beauty and nature, with organic food grown on the land, wild swimming and a deep ethos of sustainability. It is the home of Panchakarma UK, offering the rare combination of classical Ayurvedic practices in a nurturing, eco-conscious setting.
This programme is thoughtfully adapted for Western lifestyles. Alongside traditional therapies, we include expert coaching and emotional support, recognising the important role that stress, life experience and mental wellbeing play in balance.
Whether you are feeling depleted, seeking prevention or simply in need of a deep reset, this is an opportunity for whole-person rejuvenation—body, mind and spirit. Our retreats are designed to support wellbeing and balance. They are not a substitute for medical care, and we encourage participants with diagnosed conditions to consult their GP before attending.

Our Retreat Programs
Two exclusive Ayurvedic Panchakarma retreats are offered each year in Spring and Autumn. Held in a serene countryside setting, these programmes are designed to support deep rest, cleansing, and long-term rejuvenation.
21 Panchakarma Programs
Our exclusive Ayurvedic Longevity Retreats are offered each Spring and Autumn. Held in a serene countryside setting, the 21-day programme is a deep immersion designed to support rest, the release of accumulated imbalances, gentle cleansing, and long-term rejuvenation through classical Panchakarma practices adapted with care for modern life.
Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s most advanced approach to detoxification and elimination, creating the inner environment for cellular regeneration and longevity. Over three weeks, participants move through a carefully sequenced journey of therapies, nourishment, and restorative practices that allow the body and mind to reset at the deepest level.
This extended format offers the fullest benefits of Panchakarma, providing the time and space needed for profound rest, repair, and renewal. By slowing the processes that age the body and mind, the programme fosters resilience, clarity, and vitality that extend well beyond the retreat itself.
10-Day Rejuvenation Program
A restorative reset designed to refresh body and mind. This shorter immersion is perfect for those seeking vitality, clarity, and balance while gently addressing everyday imbalances. Rooted in Ayurveda’s practices of longevity, the programme focuses on calming the nervous system, restoring digestion, and lightening the body.
Over ten days you will experience therapies, nourishing food, and mindful practices that help reduce the burden of stress and inflammation, creating a more conducive environment for regeneration. Many participants describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more energised, with renewed motivation to sustain healthy routines at home.
The 10-day programme is an ideal introduction to Panchakarma for those unable to commit to the full 21-day retreat, yet wishing to experience its rejuvenating benefits and bring the wisdom of Ayurveda into everyday life.

What Happens After the 21-day Retreat?
Panchakarma is not the end of the journey; it is the beginning. It offers a profound reset for body and mind. The deeper benefits often unfold gradually, as the system has time to reorganise and restore balance over the months that follow.
These benefits are most visible when supported by a nourishing diet and a lifestyle that aligns with your individual constitution. This ongoing commitment to living well is where lasting transformation and longevity take root.
To support this, we offer a full year of group aftercare. Once a month, you will be invited to an online gathering with others who have completed the retreat. These sessions, led by a senior Vaidya from Vaidyagrama or by Rina, explore themes in lifestyle medicine, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic practices of longevity.
Each session is about an hour and includes education, seasonal guidance, space for questions, and group sharing. This helps you integrate the practices and insights of Panchakarma into daily life, with the support of a community walking the same path.
The Interview Process
Before confirming your place, we invite you to a private consultation- a gentle but vital step in preparing for your retreat.
This conversation allows our senior Vaidyas to learn about your health history, constitution, and current needs. From there, they can create a personalised retreat plan, including the most suitable therapies, dietary guidance, and supportive practices.
This process also ensures that everything is ready before your arrival- from sourcing the appropriate herbal preparations to preparing your support team- so your retreat begins the moment you step through the door.
It is also an opportunity to connect with us personally, to ask questions, and to ensure that this experience is the right fit for you at this stage in your life.

FAQs
Q. Who Are These Retreats For?
A. Our longevity retreats are designed for people who feel depleted, stressed or out of balance and want to invest in their long-term wellbeing. Many participants are looking for improved energy, digestion, sleep and clarity, or simply a reset that restores balance in body, mind and spirit. These retreats are also ideal for those interested in preventative care and the practices of longevity.
Q: Why Not Just Go To India?
A: Our programmes are intended for wellbeing and lifestyle support, not as a substitute for medical care. If you have a diagnosed condition, we recommend discussing your participation with your GP or healthcare provider before attending. Many people with health challenges find the retreat supportive, but it should always complement, not replace, your medical care.
Q: What Results Can I Expect?
A: Participants often describe feeling lighter, calmer and more energised after the retreat, with greater clarity and motivation to continue healthy routines at home. Benefits unfold gradually as you integrate the practices of Ayurveda into your daily life. Results vary for each individual and depend on your unique constitution and lifestyle.
Q: What Makes These Retreats Different From A Spa Or Wellness Holiday?
A: Unlike a spa retreat, our longevity retreats follow the classical structure of Panchakarma, guided by senior Vaidyas from India and supported by a multidisciplinary team. They combine therapies, nutrition, yoga, meditation, and emotional support, creating an immersive experience designed for deep rest and rejuvenation.
Q: Is Panchakarma Safe?
A: Panchakarma is a traditional system of cleansing and renewal that has been practiced in India for centuries. Safety is our highest priority: each participant receives personalised guidance, the team is highly experienced, and we create a nurturing environment with appropriate support. We encourage all participants to share their full health history during the interview process so we can adapt the retreat to individual needs.
