Depression and the dark night of the soul

In this group mentoring we will also discuss existential depression- or what the alchemist called- ’the night of the soul’, when we are going through a huge healing journey, and with that comes a loss of meaning and identity.



When we are bombarded with devastating information, we are constantly on our sympathetic nervous system, our digestive system slows down* and we forget what we believe, who we are and what our voice is in all the noise.
