Join us for a yogic New Year Women’s Wellbeing Retreat in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds
for 4 days of relaxation, inspiration and rejuvenation.
Book early to make sure you can join us to mindfully mark the transition from 2019 into 2020.
Come and celebrate life with like minded women…what better way to start the year!
I would love you to join me on an inspiring journey into the wisdom of womanhood.
We will start the retreat with a new year celebration and set intentions for the upcoming year.
In this retreat you will deepen your understanding of woman’s cyclical rhythms. You will be gently guided to explore your body, find ways to balance your hormones and improve your wellbeing.
Winter is a time to strengthen the immune system, to reflect, heal and find mental clarity. This retreat provides a gentle way to cleanse, nourish, rebalance your system, allowing you to return to your self.
Set in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, my new year retreat will be an important part of the journey in finding your mental clarity. It is a purposeful time for positivity and empowerment, a time to prepare to become the best version of you, a time to prepare to let go of beliefs and behaviours that no longer serve you.
We will cook and eat together learning how food can nourish our bodies and balance our entire selves.
We will reconnect with nature and with our natural selves.
This retreat is suitable for women who would like to spend a restful time in nature; learning about women’s wellbeing, whatever your season or cycle, whilst enjoying healthy clean food, yoga and meditation.
Let yourself be nourished.
Let yourself go inwards and explore the places that need attention.
Let yourself acknowledge that this inner work is intrinsically linked to service beyond ourselves.
Beautiful, organic, seasonal, and where possible, local food is central to every retreat. Nourishment is a core element of my work and the retreats include guidance and education of how you can use food to balance the hormonal system and rejuvenate the self.
During our time together, you will learn how to prepare superfood shakes, smoothies, cook healthy delicious food, including raw chocolate and turmeric shots (all sugar, gluten, animal protein free).
Teaching yoga is a joy I have had the opportunity offer guidance on the mat for the last 13 years. During the retreats I offer supportive playful classes suited to beginners as well as those who have spent more time on a yogic path. The classes focus on the liver (which plays a big part in hormonal balance) using Hatha and restorative yoga and breathing exercises to regenerate and support the nervous system. We will also look at companion breathing exercises to increase blood flow, to support the health of the bones and the digestive system.
We will finish the sessions with meditation or Yoga Nidra, an ancient form of deep relaxation to set intention and release deep tensions. You can read more about my style of yoga here.

“Rina created a wonderful nourishing space, and her yoga and meditation classes took me beyond my previous experience to a calm, warm and beautiful place in my mind whilst enabling me to make new shapes with my body. The food we cooked was delicious – I really did not know raw food could be so incredible – and I learned a lot about feeding my body with the nutrients it craves to work best. The surroundings were divine and the group sessions supportive and illuminating. I left feeling refreshed and uplifted with my mind and body truly detoxed, relaxed and energised. I can really only describe the experience as magnificent. I am so grateful I went, it is probably the most positive thing I have done for myself in a very long time.”
