Dear friends,

I had to share with you my favourite new breakfast before I’m off to Brazil.
A few of many nutritional properties Dr. Vladimir Vuksan discovered.
100 grams Chia has:
* the highest known source of omega 3  (it contain as much omega 3 as 300 gm salmon)
* more calcium than 3 cups of whole milk
* the iron equivalent of 3 cups of spinach
* the potassium content of 1 1/2 bananas
* as much as vitamin C as 7 oranges
Chia & Berries Porridge
Handful of chia
Cup of almond milk
3 drop of stevia (or maple syrup or xylitol)
1/2 cup sprouted buckwheat
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 brazil nuts chopped
Berries/ banana/apple
Soak chia in almond milk for 15 minutes then mix all ingredients together
