Summer Reset

Jan 8, 2026

When summer is in full swing, it is hot out there.

This is a gentle reminder to cool your body and calm your nervous system.
Your liver and hormones will thank you.

When the heat rises, so does pitta. That fiery energy can show up as irritability,
inflammation, bloating, skin flare ups, rage, hair loss and hormone imbalance. Summer
tends to amplify all of it, especially for women who are already running hot from stress.

This is why this season matters so much when it comes to nourishment and pacing.

Rebalance Mix was created with summer in mind.

It contains cooling, beautifying herbs like hibiscus, amla also known as Indian
gooseberry, and shatavari. These herbs have traditionally been used to support
hormonal balance and help regulate the system gently rather than forcing change.

Something else feels important to name here.

Most weight loss diets do not work.
Not because people fail, but because the body does not release anything when it does
not feel safe.

If you have ever tried to lose weight or balance your hormones and felt stuck, it is rarely
about discipline. It is about whether your nervous system feels supported and whether
your liver has the capacity to do its job.

Hormonal balance begins with the liver.
The liver clears old hormones. When it is overloaded, overheated or chronically
stressed, things stagnate.

Supporting your liver does not have to be extreme.
Cooling herbs. More greens. Castor oil packs. Slowing down where possible.

Stubborn belly fat is often linked to high cortisol, the main stress hormone.

Cortisol is naturally highest in the morning. If that stored energy does not move early in
the day, it tends to turn inward. Over time this can show up as anxiety, fatigue,
inflammation and hormone disruption.

You do not need intense workouts.
Just movement within the first two hours of waking.

A short walk.
Lifting something slightly heavy a few times.
Ten gentle rounds of sun salutations.

Then small movement breaks throughout the day. Squats between tasks. Stretching.
Dancing to one song in the kitchen.

A simple summer ritual I love
Brew Rebalance Mix with hot water, let it cool, then add ice, a few slices of lime and a
drop of stevia.
It is refreshing, grounding and calming for the whole system.

And most of all, this matters.

Celebrate your body.
There is nothing more beautiful than a woman who feels at home in herself.

In a world that profits from women feeling wrong or not enough, acceptance is not
passive. It is a quiet act of rebellion. One that can ripple into healing for the next
generation.

Looking ahead to spring 2026

Longevity Detox Programme UK

This spring we are bringing a deeply restorative longevity detox programme to the
English countryside.

It is inspired by classical Ayurvedic detoxification practices and led by experienced
Ayurvedic doctors from Vaidyagrama Healing Village in India.

This is not a spa retreat.
It is a physician led programme designed to support long term health, metabolic
balance and emotional resilience.

The process unfolds in three phases.
Preparation to gently mobilise toxins.
Elimination to release what no longer serves.
Rejuvenation to rebuild strength, clarity and hormonal balance.

The programme includes daily consultations with Ayurvedic doctors, personalised
therapies, diet, yoga and meditation, emotional support throughout, and a full year of
post programme care.

Spring 2026
Ten day and twenty one day options
Limited to twelve participants
Begins with a one to one consultation to ensure it is the right fit

This is not about a quick fix.
It is about returning to your natural rhythm and creating health that lasts.

With love,
Rina
