If we want to find true wellbeing, our values must match our actions, we don’t have to do it perfectly, but that’s the commitment.
At the core of my work, I follow the four foundations of Dharma (read this blog, it’s not the kind of dharma you think).
We nourish our bodies with food and remedies, our minds with meditation and wisdom, and our hearts by protecting all that we hold sacred.
We nurture each other and cultivate generosity and kindness, for the welfare of all.
We create a space to safely nourish ourselves, we protect our boundries, so we can become protectors of our little communities, families and the earth itself .
We find connection by gathering together, practising self care, community care and ecological care.
