Ready to feel alive, juicy and bursting with energy? During this 5-day Community Rejuvenation Retreat, we’ll come together to support ourselves with lots of nourishing soups, juices, superfoods and adaptogen herbs – all designed to boost our immune system and develop beneficial bacteria that rejuvenates our whole microbiome. You’ll join daily group check-ins by Zoom to share how you’re doing and discover acharya or lifestyle approaches that enhance your well-being and daily performance. You’ll also get meal plans, tasty recipes and recommended mental and physical practises to try.
Rejuvenation is the process of rebuilding and strengthening ourselves from within: it helps develop stability, steadiness and perseverance. When we are low in rasa or the rejuvenating element, we can experience dry skin, constipation and become easily exhausted both mentally and physically.
On each retreat, we’ll explore the 4 principles of traditional rejuvenation:
- 1. Food
Discover which rejuvenating foods work best for you according to the season, your age, body type, work and physical location.Lifestyle
Create simple daily routines and rituals to align with the seasons and rhythms of nature. We’ll explore exercise, sleep patterns and other natural ways to enhance our wellbeing. - Behaviour
Learn practical ways of being that support your daily rejuvenation, including the art of living in harmony with nature and your local environment.
4. Medicine
Gain insight into the nourishing herbs and natural remedies that support rejuvenation and work as medicine for your body, mind and spirit.
This retreat is for anyone wanting to boost their immunity, raise their energy levels and enhance their mental clarity. Although rejuvenation is the natural next step after completing one of our Community Cleanses, this retreat is open to everyone – whether you’ve done a cleanse with us or not.
